Finding your voice is a journey of empowerment.

As someone who has come full circle in finding my voice, I have a deep interest in helping you find yours. It is a journey of self-discovery that can lead to greater authenticity – knowing your true beliefs, your values, and crafting a life that flows from those beliefs and values. I seek understanding of human relationships -- including the real-life binds, twists and turns, and choices we make on the rollercoaster of life. The unfolding of one’s life story, piece by piece, in the presence of another – this is what enables us to connect, heal and, ultimately, thrive.

I work with adults of all ages (18+).

Every life stage brings its own challenges and joys. In early adulthood, we explore our identities and grapple with decisions about career, relationships, where to live, how to spend our free time, whether to become a parent, how to parent if having children. In middle adulthood, we encounter more trials, such as aging parents (often while managing teenagers), career changes, separation and divorce. For some, it can be a time of questioning “the meaning of it all.” Older adulthood begets retirement and often more freedom in terms of increased time and financial resources, but can usher in a cascade of losses – of friends and loved ones, of sense of purpose, of functionality of our bodies.
